Prompt
"A public-policy website is collecting reviews of digital platforms used for consultation, petitions or neighbourhood decision-making. Review one you know, explaining how participation is organised, evaluating whether it broadens inclusion or rewards already confident users, and identifying the decisions for which it is most and least suitable. Consider the quality of discussion as well as the number of participants. Write your review."
